Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

Web & App Development

If we fail to deliver the project as specified in the signed agreement, we will refund the full amount paid. If the project is cancelled by the client after work has started, a partial refund based on work completed will be issued.

Hosting Services

Hosting fees are non-refundable after the service period begins. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting plans.

Digital Marketing

Marketing fees are non-refundable as ad spend is paid directly to ad platforms. Management fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis.

AMC Plans

Annual Maintenance Contracts can be cancelled anytime. Unused portions are refunded on a pro-rata basis within 7 business days.
